  • Introduction to BJJ

    If you’ve never trained BJJ before (or not for years), and want to learn the basics in a low-pressure environment, this is for you.

    This class is designed for adults to learn basic skills before joining the all levels Gi and No Gi classes. We keep the class size on the smaller side to make sure you get all the attention you need to succeed.

    Adults No Gi

    This is an adults all levels class. In these classes you will learn and practice BJJ techniques for No Gi (rashguard and spats/shorts).

    As these classes are 90 minutes long, you will get all the time you need to develop new skills and gain confidence in a fun leaning environment.

  • Adults Gi

    This is an adults all levels class. In these classes you will learn and practice BJJ techniques for the Gi (kimono).

    These classes are 90 minutes long, so you can learn and practice new skills without having to rush.

  • Kids

    Kids jiu jitsu is aimed at younger children, aged between 5 and 10 (primary school age).

    The classes run for 45 minutes.

    Students in our kids’ classes will learn important skills in a fun environment. Our classes will help your child develop coordination, motor skills and balance while learning basic jiu jitsu techniques. We make learning jiu jitsu fun with games that help to unlock your child’s potential.

    Teens

    Teens jiu jitsu is aimed at older children, aged between 11 and 15 (high school age).

    The classes run for 60 minutes.

    Whatever their goals, students in our teens’ classes will learn practical skills in a supportive environment. We use a combination of drills, games, and controlled sparring to help your teen practice their jiu jitsu. Students will also improve their resilience, focus and discipline, which help them in all areas of life.

    For those interested, there are opportunities to compete and test your skills.
